WELCOME TO THE CANOPY SCHOOL’S LIBRARY
The Canopy School’s library is an inviting space for all students, and contains a wide variety of books and resources to support the varied interests of our students and to connect literature and research to the curriculum they are working on in class. Students will learn how to search for books within the library catalogue system, research topics of interest, take AR quizzes to earn points and rewards, and practice responsible digital citizenship.

Library Mission Statement
The mission of The Canopy School’s Library Media Program is to empower, inspire and support learners, as students become critical thinkers, skillful researchers, ethical users, producers and managers of ideas and information. The program provides an environment that promotes student success in today’s knowledge and technology-driven society; foster independent, enthuasiastic and lifelong learners and readers; and promote cohesiveness with The Canopy School’s curriculum, goals, objectives and values.
The Canopy School charges $0.10 per day for late library books, and charges a fee for lost books. The fee for lost books will be the cost to replace the book.
